It is designed to help users grow closer to God through prayer reminders, scripture, journaling, daily inspiration, prayer streaks, Prayer Support, and Lock Screen widgets.Uplift is built with privacy in mind. The app does not require you to create an account, does not sell personal information, does not display third-party ads, and does not use third-party marketing, analytics, or advertising tools.1. Information Stored on Your Device
Uplift may allow you to save or create information inside the app, including:Prayer reminders and reminder preferences
Scripture, inspiration, and topic preferences
Journal entries, prayers, reflections, and notes
Prayer streaks and prayer session timing metadata
Lock Screen widget preferences and display settings
Other app settings you select
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, upload, sell, or share your prayer content, journal entries, reflections, notes, streaks, or personal app settings.If you delete the app, locally stored information may also be deleted from your device, depending on your device settings and operating system behavior.2. Bible and Network Content
When you use Bible reading features, the app may request scripture text from third-party Bible content providers over the internet. Those requests may include translation and passage identifiers. We do not send your journal or prayer text in those requests. Downloaded scripture may be cached on your device for offline reading.3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Uplift offers paid features and subscriptions through in-app purchases.On Apple devices, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.We do not receive or store your full payment card number, banking information, or other full payment details. Apple may provide the app with limited purchase or subscription status information so paid features can be unlocked.Your purchases and subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.4. Notifications and Lock Screen Widgets
Uplift may use local notifications and Lock Screen widgets to display prayer reminders, scripture, inspirational quotes, streaks, or other faith-based content.You can manage notifications through your device settings.Lock Screen widget and notification content may be visible to anyone who can view your device screen. Avoid displaying sensitive information in notifications or widgets if you do not want others to see it.5. Information We Do Not Collect

If you contact us by email for support, privacy questions, or feedback, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message. Because Uplift stores user-created app content locally on your device, you control that information through the app and your device.You may delete locally stored content inside the app where available, or by deleting the app from your device.Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.9. Children’s Privacy

Uplift is designed to keep user-created content on your device. However, no device, app, or electronic storage method is completely secure.You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, passcode, Apple ID, and any device backup settings.11. Third-Party Platforms
Uplift is distributed through the Apple App Store. Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and app distribution are handled by Apple.Apple has its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review Apple’s policies.12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, do not use the App.1. Purpose of UpliftUplift provides faith-based encouragement, prayer reminders, journaling tools, scripture content, inspirational quotes, streaks, time tracking, Lock Screen Widgets, and related spiritual growth features.Uplift is designed to support personal reflection, prayer, focus, and faith-based encouragement.2. Not Professional AdviceUplift is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, or pastoral care from your church, pastor, ministry leader, counselor, physician, attorney, or other qualified professional.If you are experiencing an emergency, crisis, medical issue, mental health concern, or immediate safety risk, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.You are responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make based on content displayed in the App.3. Local Storage and User ContentUplift is designed to store user-created content locally on your device. This may include prayers, journal entries, reflections, notes, streaks, time tracking information, reminder settings, widget preferences, and other app settings.You retain ownership of the content you create in Uplift.Because content is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your device, device passcode, backups, and any device-level security settings. If you delete the App, reset your device, change devices, or disable backups, your locally stored content may be permanently lost.We are not responsible for lost, deleted, damaged, or inaccessible local content.4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Free TrialsUplift may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases.On Apple devices, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. On Android devices, purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Google Play.Subscription pricing, billing periods, trial periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the applicable app store or payment provider.If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the applicable app store’s rules. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.If a free trial is offered, your subscription may begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends, according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.Except where required by law or by the applicable app store’s policies, payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods may not be refunded.5. App Store and Google Play TermsIf you download Uplift through the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s standard licensed application terms, may also apply.If you download Uplift through Google Play, Google Play’s applicable terms and policies may also apply.If these Terms conflict with mandatory terms from Apple, Google, or another authorized app store, the applicable app store terms will control to the extent required.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:* Use Uplift for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;
* Attempt to access, modify, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its security features;
* Upload, enter, or transmit malicious code;
* Copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission;
* Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity;
* Use the App in a way that could damage Uplift, other users, app stores, or any related systems.7. Intellectual PropertyUplift’s name, branding, logos, design, software, user interface, features, original content, and related materials are owned by Uplift or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may use Uplift only for your personal, non-commercial use and only in accordance with these Terms.Scripture translations, quotes, and other third-party content may be subject to separate rights, licenses, or restrictions. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use App content unless permitted by law or authorized by the applicable rights holder.8. Updates and ChangesWe may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Uplift at any time. We may also release updates, bug fixes, or feature changes.Some features may not be available on all devices, operating systems, regions, or platforms.We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date. Your continued use of Uplift after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.9. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access to Uplift if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the App, or used the App unlawfully.You may stop using Uplift at any time. You may delete the App from your device, but deleting the App may also delete locally stored content.10. DisclaimersUplift is provided “as is” and “as available.”To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.We do not guarantee that Uplift will meet every user’s expectations, that reminders will always be delivered at a specific time, that widgets will always display correctly, or that content will always be available on every device or operating system.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplift and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost content, lost profits, device issues, interruption of service, or loss of use arising from or related to your use of the App.To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Uplift will not exceed the amount you paid to use Uplift during the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater.Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.12. PrivacyYour use of Uplift is also governed by our Privacy Policy.Uplift is designed to store user-created content locally on your device. We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising, marketing, or analytics tools.13. ChildrenUplift is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use Uplift.If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your location, you may use Uplift only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.15.
